Maximus will be holding PNM refresher trainings for behavioral health providers enrolled with the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
These trainings will be held on 01/20/23 and 01/23/23 for individual and organizational providers. The technical trainings sessions will be scheduled for 01/23/23, 01/25/23, and 01/26/23.

This session will serve as a technical refresher training for specific processes that have been troublesome for BH users since the PNM system was launched on October 1st.

This virtual training session is designed to cover common processes that users have experienced within PNM since the system launched on October 1st. This session will discuss how to complete these processes in PNM, discuss requirements that the Ohio Department of Medicaid has regarding enrollment and credentialing approval, and preview some functions that will be implemented to PNM on February 1, 2023.
