Trading Partners refusing to test?
An Urgent message went out to all Trading Partner’s today. Several complaint’s have been filed stating that some trading partners are refusing to test for the agencies they work with.
Please keep in mind the Behavioral Health Billing Solutions is now an Ohio Medicaid Trading Partner and would be happy to work with you to send your regular and test files and we provide additional reporting benefits.
SEE complete message below.
Testing in the CERT / Test region has begun for the Behavioral Health Redesign project. Unfortunately, the Ohio Department of Medicaid has received multiple complaints from providers stating that their Trading Partners are unwilling to assist by sending test files on their behalf.
As you are aware the CERT / Test region is always available to you for any testing that you OR your providers may need to do.
The Ohio Department of Medicaid cordially requests that if you represent any Behavioral Health or Mental Health provider types and they would like to submit files to test for this new program that you comply with their requests. This specific testing is only for a limited time.
Please see the attached or http://bh.medicaid.ohio.gov/ for more information
