Medicaid Trading Partners received an important update from the Ohio Department of Medicaid notifying them of the upcoming changes December 1st, 2022.

These changes apply to ALL BH Agencies, whether you are a Trading Partner or work with a Trading Partner or Clearing House.

The fact that this important information went out to Trading Partners only is an additional example of the poor rollout of this important policy and billing functionality change.

In the next few days, Behavioral Health Billing Solutions will be reaching out to agencies and advocacy groups to begin a campaign to make our elected state officials aware about the disruption these changes will cause in the state of Ohio if they are not delayed.

They are not ready. Period.
